A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all appointments:
$15 — Regular appointments
$30 — Squeeze-in appointments

You MUST include the following information in the NOTES SECTION EXACTLY:

Deposits MUST be sent within 30 minutes of scheduling your appointment.
If payment is not received in the required time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.Deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel.

Deposits go towards the service fee
Squeeze in deposits do not go towards the service fee.

1. All Zelle payments MUST be confirmed directly with BraidssByCiCi LLC before sending your final payment.
This ensures you are paying the correct amount to the correct recipient.2. Payments sent to the wrong phone number, email, or recipient cannot be reversed or retrieved by the business.
3. All Zelle payments are FINAL.
BraidssByCiCi LLC cannot offer:Refunds
Reversals
Chargebacks
Disputes
Once the payment is sent and accepted, it is permanently completed.
4. Clients are fully responsible for verifying the payment details before sending.

Clients are required to enter/save their card details at booking.
When you enter your card details at booking, a payment processor will submit a small pre-authorization charge to validate the card. After verification, the charge is reversed automatically by the payment processor.
All service fees still must be paid in cash only. Your card on file is only for collateral. Your card will be charged 50% of the service fee if 1.) you’re a No Call No Show (don’t show up at appointment without contacting me) 2.) you fail to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance.
If there is a no-show or late cancellation, & said client has both entered their card information & signed off on the terms & conditions during the scheduling process, I am within my right to charge the 50% fee.

Please arrive with your hair washed, blow-dried, and free of all products. This includes no leave-in conditioner, oils, grease, creams, serums, or butters, as product buildup interferes with parting, grip, and braiding gel.
To prevent dryness, wash with a moisturizing shampoo and condition as usual, rinse thoroughly, and blow-dry using heat protectant only.
Blow-dried straight does not mean a silk press or bone-straight hair.
• Shampooing Service: Available if you prefer not to prep your hair. Must be selected at booking. Includes scalp analysis, shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, blow-dry, and trim.
• Unwashed Hair Policy: If you arrive with unclean hair and have not selected the shampooing add-on, I will need to perform the shampooing service for an additional fee. This is mandatory, as I cannot work on unclean hair for both your health and mine.
• No Exceptions: If you choose not to proceed with the required shampooing service, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be asked to leave.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies are in place to maintain a professional, hygienic, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Your hair WILL be oiled towards the end of services.

Shampoo services can be added to any appointment. This includes a scalp analysis, deep condition treatment, blow dry, and trim. If not selected, please arrive with your hair washed and blow dried. All products used are paraben- and sulfate-free.

Arrived early? It’s okay! Please give me a heads up if you're arriving early.
Example: "good morning, my ETA is 7:45AM"
If you’re running late, please truthfully contact me with your ETA. Especially, if your ETA changes.
At 10 minutes: late fee - $20
At 15 minutes: late fee - $30
After 15 minutes = canceled appointment
I understand that things happens. Please simply communicate with me, respect my time, & the time of clients who come after you. Thank you.

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for reasonable parking. This is required to help keep all appointments running on time.
I am located next door to Walgreens with the green awning. Once you arrive, please text me and I will meet you at the door.

For clients who have received 3+ services
Members receive priority booking before the public calendar opens.
If you are not eligible, please use the Public Booking calendarAppointments booked without eligibility will be cancelled.

Last-minute reschedules (within 24 hours) are no longer allowed. Please plan ahead, as those slots could go to other clients
No Show + No Contact = BANNED (100% of your service will be charged)
If you cancel within 24 hours you’ll be charged 50% of your service.
If you cancel & reschedule for the next availability opening your original deposit will be forfeited, a new deposit must be submitted

All appointments must be booked under the name of the individual receiving the service. If the client is under the age of 14, the appointment should still be scheduled in their name, with the parent or guardian’s contact information provided.

A squeeze-in appointment is an extra appointment slot beyond the planned capacity.
Squeeze-In Deposit = $30 (Does not go towards service fee)
No Deposit = No Appointment
There’s a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled.

Masks are optional for the duration of the appointment.
Please do not arrive to your appointment sick.
You have 48 hours to cancel your appointment.
No Show + No Contact = BANNED

Additional guests are not allowed.
Children under the age of 14 may have ONE guardian with them. Clients under the age of 14 are not required to have a guardian present.
If a guardian will be present, please remain seated during the appointment.
Please respect me & my workspace. Failure to do so, you’ll be politely asked to leave.

No service is eligible for a refund. NO REFUNDS
Any issues or dissatisfaction must be addressed before leaving from my chair. Any modifications done after might not be made. Please respectfully speak up at your appointment.
On the day of your appointment, you cannot change your service. You will receive the service you booked.

Squeeze-In Appointment Policy
At BraidssByCiCi LLC, I strive to accommodate as many clients as possible, especially during busy periods when my availability is limited. When squeeze-in appointments are posted, please note the following:
Squeeze-ins are intended for clients who have not been able to secure an appointment due to my current booked schedule. This policy ensures that everyone has a fair chance at booking a time that works for them.
If you already have a pre-existing appointment, I kindly ask that you honor that booking. Allowing clients with existing appointments to switch to a squeeze-in slot creates an unnecessary gap in my schedule, causing additional back-and-forth and making it difficult to manage my time effectively.
By keeping your original appointment, it helps me maintain an organized schedule and provide the best possible service to everyone.
